Yearly Property Maintenance and Management Package Includes:

• Twice monthly lawn care (mowing or leaf blowing)
• Edging and trimming bushes in warm weather months (March-September)
• Make Sure Gutters and downspouts are clear of debris
• Property Check (includes windows, doors, garage, exterior faucets)
• Winter months will include checking exterior pipes to see if they have burst (full service winter service is available but additional)
