Yearly Property Maintenance and Management Package Includes:

• Twice monthly lawn care (mowing or leaf blowing)
• Mail pickup twice a month (call if you need someone to meet UPS, FedEX, etc for a delivery)
• Edging and trimming bushes in warm weather months (March-September)
• Make Sure Gutters and downspouts are clear of debris
• Property Check (includes windows, doors, garage, exterior faucets)
• Winter months will include checking exterior pipes to see if they have burst (full service winter service is available but additional)
• small limb removal
• basic swimming pool cleaning
• Check gutter and downspouts for blockages

All packages are yearly quotes. Monthly, quarterly and 6-month package quotes will be given by request. We will work with you to find a package of your needs. Click Here to Request a Quote.

***Yearly quotes are figured with two months free from regular monthly prices.

** If you need services not offered in packages and don’t need services offered in packages (ex. if you don’t have swimming pool) then please contact us and other services may be able to be swapped out.
