• faucet water drip so pipes don’t freeze (no limit)

Home Comfort and Energy Efficiency Tasks/Projects

• Checking and Maintaining Heating System
• Checking Weatherstripping
• Checking Attic Insulation
• Checking Fireplace Dampers
• Clean HVAC Return Vents
• check thermostats and set them if needed
• one bundle of firewood as needed per month
• 1 50lb bag of de-icer/salt for Winter Weather conditions
• mail pick up twice a month
