Our basic home maintenance and management package is design to give you complete peace of mind while you are away from your home. In addition, our basic package gives you basic services at a discounted price based on the size and age of your home and property.
Description
We pride ourselves in that our services are made to prolong the life of your home, reduce possible system failure and maintain the comfort of your property while relieving you of the burden of home maintenance.
These packages include 3 months. Additional services are available and custom packages are available upon request.
Services Include:
- Check of home and property
- lawn maintenance twice a month (mowing, edging, weeds)
- small limb removal
- basic swimming pool cleaning (if uncovered)
- mail service (pick up twice a month)
- set thermostat and be sure functioning properly
- deliver up to two bundles of firewood if a late winter storm hits
